I offer individualized lactation and occupational therapy services designed to support both you and your baby through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. With a unique OT + IBCLC lens, I address feeding, development, positioning, and daily routines together, often supporting concerns in one visit that may otherwise require multiple referrals.

All services are evidence-based, compassionate, and tailored to your goals, with virtual (anywhere), in-office, and in-home options available throughout San Diego. I offer prenatal, postpartum and specialty services in both lactation and occupational therapy scopes! Explore options below!
